about

Single taken from 2013 album Achukma.

I Should’ve Stayed In Bed Today is a sleepy little acoustic led tale about those days we all have that it would’ve been better if you just stayed under the covers. The song features the legendary bassist Mike Watt ( Minutemen, Iggy Pop and The Stooges ), Neil Young’s (yes, That Neil Young ) sister Astrid Young on 2nd bass guitar, Billy and Brendan Ryan ( The Bogmen / Gordon Gano & The Ryan’s ) add the mandolin and accordion, Mike Hoffmann ( EIEIO, Semi Twang, Sam Llanas ) sprinkles his unique style of guitar playing.
